This is for you if you are willing to work on yourself. It is not primarily about changing the context you are in. You may never see change in those around you, but you can change how you relate to your situation.
We coach in English, Dutch and Norwegian. If you prefer to be coached in a different language, we can find a coach for you. We draw on partnerships with coaches from 20 countries on five continents.
While we usually coach by video meeting over Zoom, we can also coach in-person in Amsterdam, Oslo and other locations. If this interests you, speak to us about customised packages.
We offer three types of coaching, depending on your needs:
You determine the focus of each session. Your life events can change quickly, and you want support with what is emerging for you in the moment. You prefer an open, organic structure.
We meet as frequently as you like: weekly, every other week, or monthly. This can depend on your situation, how quickly you want to get clarity, and how much time you have available.
You can purchase packages of one, four or eight Classic Coaching conversations, each of which lasts 55 minutes. If you are considering buying more than one session, we recommend that you first schedule a free 25-minute call. If you prefer, contact us via email.
You have a particular developmental goal in mind which will be the focus of each of our sessions. You are willing to put in and be held accountable for doing extra work to shift your habits and build new capabilities in between sessions. You prefer more structure to support you in reaching agreed goals.
Premium coaching normally consists of eight sessions.
In the first two sessions, we explore your topic and co-create a program with agreed objectives and a new way of being tailored to your developmental needs. These first two sessions are 70 minutes.
The remaining sessions are about developing your new way of being through powerful, clarifying conversations and custom-made practices designed to meet you exactly where you are in each stage of the program, taking into account your work and family context. These sessions are 55 minutes.
We meet every two to three weeks so that you have time in between sessions to carry out practices.

You have unique needs that look different from typical coaching programs. For example, you might want:
- A half-day, a day or multi-day intensives, rather than a series of coaching sessions
- To include feedback based on our observations of how you lead or communicate
- Coaching while doing activities in nature such as hiking
- In-person coaching (rather than via video meetings)
- Individual coaching for multiple participants (can be tailored to support other training programs)
