Our team consists of experienced Integral Master Coaches and Integral Facilitators who excel in designing and delivering customized coaching and facilitation programs tailored to your organization’s unique needs, whether local or global.

We have engaged more than fifty Integral Master Coaches in global projects, and handpick trusted coaches primarily from this pool to meet client needs for larger initiatives. We are also able to contract additional highly-skilled facilitators should the need arise.

Our expertise spans organizational development within sectors focused on social and environmental justice, government, and business.

This work is driven by a deep commitment to making a difference. We hold profound respect for those leading efforts to change the world, and our goal is to support them in creating a more joyful, sustainable, and impactful way of living and working.

I work with purpose-driven leaders, helping them navigate unpredictability while staying focused on outcomes. Believing that system change begins with self-transformation, I support leaders in developing adaptive capabilities. My experience in personal development and social activism fuels my passion for guiding leaders who prioritize purpose over short-term gains. I hold dual MAs and specialize in global leadership training.

Renée Ryerson

Norway

I work with courageous leaders worldwide, inspiring them to embrace leadership with love, daringness, and creativity. Passionate about coaching and Circling, I help clients achieve more through new ways of relating. A coach and facilitator since 2013, I co-founded 57Coaches.org, supporting innovative leaders globally. I hold a BFA from Parsons School of Design.

Sunil Singh

Norway

I’m passionate about helping individuals and organizations achieve their goals creatively. With over two decades in telecoms, including roles as Strategy Director and Director of Transformation, I now focus on collaboration, trust, and holistic development. An Integral Master Coach and consultant, I co-founded the European Consortium of Integral Coaches, supporting global challenges like the migrant crisis and COVID-19.
