Data you share explicitly with us
We ask you for information necessary to allow us to respond to inquiries and provide our services.
If you use our contact form or request a call with us, we require you to share your name and email address so that we can follow up.
Similarly, we require you to share your name and email address if you decide to join our email subscriber list, administered securely through Mailchimp. All our group emails are sent via Mailchimp, and each email has an unsubscribe link.
If you are following a course with us, we may ask you to participate in quizzes to allow us to track your progress, shape the content of the course, and get feedback on improvements.
By participating in an online workshop you are consenting to a password-protected recording of the workshop being made available to participants. Only share what you are comfortable sharing. If you do not want to be identified, please turn your video sharing off and only share you first name or a nickname.
Most of our services require that you set up an account with an email address. If you are paying through our website, you will also need to share a billing address and means of payment. You can view and edit the data (including your password) at My Account.
Contact us if you want us to delete any of the data you have shared with us or your account.
