Being Leadership Foundation Course
The Being Leadership Foundation Course, led by Renée Ryerson, is a six-week program focusing on enhancing leadership through presence, awareness, and reflection. Held online weekly, it aims to develop empathy, charisma, and effectiveness by deepening personal and interpersonal practices. Participants will explore self-awareness, communication, and boundary-setting.
Walking Home
Centered around a four-day walking retreat in Occitanie, France, Walking Home is a ten-week journey of self-discovery and change. Led by experienced coaches, participants engage in nature walks, coaching, and reflection, with the aim of clarifying life goals and overcoming obstacles. The program includes pre- and post-retreat coaching for sustainable change.
From time to time we offer open workshops covering capabilities within the three domains of the Beyond Either Or Leadership Development Framework: Self Leadership, Relationship Leadership and Process Leadership. The workshops are held online, with each workshop lasting two hours.
Self Leadership Workshop
This workshop emphasizes the importance of self-care for effective leadership and avoiding burnout. It explores how prioritizing yourself leads to vitality and better outcomes. Participants will learn to manage stress, understand their inner dialogue, and develop self-nurturing habits. The workshop includes live sessions, coaching, and assignments to support personal growth and resilience.
Relationship Leadership Workshop
This workshop is designed for leaders aiming to foster a culture of empathy and trust in the workplace, crucial for psychological safety and high performance. Participants will learn to balance performance with trust, enhance their leadership impact, and support a thriving, adaptable team. The workshop includes coaching, self-assessments, and practical models for building trust.
Process Leadership Workshop
This workshop is for those responsible for delivering outcomes through others and aims to foster accountability without micromanagement. In a rapidly changing environment, participants will learn to create realistic plans, detect issues early, and support their teams effectively. The workshop includes practical tools, peer coaching, and techniques for managing accountability in remote and hybrid work settings.

In the second quarter of 2020 we offered an eight-week Open Online Course, Leadership in Isolation, to leaders around the world wanting to explore how to practice leadership within the new context of the COVID-19 pandemic and remote working.
