We can work with existing data or carry out assessments to establish a baseline understanding. We all see broadly, and we each bring different experience to support you in reaching your goals. We bring a systemic understanding to resistance to change to help ensure that your employees feel supported through, and supportive of, the process.
We collaborate with you in envisioning and planning for implementation of the most suitable solution. We can support you in writing project charters or mandates for internal implementation teams or other consultants you hire. We can also support implementation of change initiatives through individual coaching of executive and others, coaching teams, facilitating conversations and workshops, and designing and implementing bespoke trainings.

Bespoke trainings
This is for you if you have a specific organisational developmental issue and people in your team or organisation need to learn and embody new ways of relating or working.
We custom-design trainings to meet your goals and budget. We can build a new training from scratch or design something to enhance an existing program. We can develop a training to implement a change of direction identified through a consulting project. After the training, we can include some individual or group coaching to further integrate the learning, if needed.
Steps:
- You have a question or need to fulfil. This may be a result of a consulting assignment.
