Our process:

We quickly understand the whole context by using a meta framework to see what is in place and what is needed to give the most impact. We can use your preferred frameworks or bring our own, to zoom in on the most relevant parts of your current way of working and the changes that will give the most impact. We can work with existing data or carry out assessments to establish a baseline understanding. We all see broadly, and we each bring different experience to support you in reaching your goals. We bring a systemic understanding to resistance to change to help ensure that your employees feel supported through, and supportive of, the process.

We collaborate with you in envisioning and planning for implementation of the most suitable solution. We can support you in writing project charters or mandates for internal implementation teams or other consultants you hire. We can also support implementation of change initiatives through individual coaching of executive and others, coaching teams, facilitating conversations and workshops, and designing and implementing bespoke trainings.

We offer more than just telling you what to do. We dare to contradict you and challenge you, when needed, to inspire you into new levels of seeing and acting. And we support you in embodying these new ways of acting.

Bespoke trainings

This is for you if you have a specific organisational developmental issue and people in your team or organisation need to learn and embody new ways of relating or working.

An example of the kind of trainings we can design and deliver for you.

We custom-design trainings to meet your goals and budget. We can build a new training from scratch or design something to enhance an existing program. We can develop a training to implement a change of direction identified through a consulting project. After the training, we can include some individual or group coaching to further integrate the learning, if needed.

Steps:

  1. You have a question or need to fulfil. This may be a result of a consulting assignment.
  2. We have an initial conversation with you to understand your objectives and constraints
  3. We have conversations with key people in your organisation
  4. We create a prototype for you
  5. We present it to a group of leaders in your organisation and agree on next steps
  6. We finalise the design and execute the training
