I love to work with purpose-driven leaders helping them work with the unpredictable. I support them in being adaptive and, at the same time, stay focused on outcome.
My belief is that you can change systems when as leaders you are willing to transform yourself. During COVID-19, I facilitated executive teams in rapidly adjusting the “what”, “how,” and even “why” of their organisations while simultaneously supporting leaders to develop the necessary capabilities. In the last three years, I also assisted schools to implement a more agile way of working and create a more even playing field for all students.
Working in personal development for many years and as a social activist/feminist, I learnt that we are more equipped to create a just and sustainable world when we dare to develop our potential. I get inspired working with courageous leaders who see beyond short-term returns-on-investment and embrace their purpose.
I mostly work online and occasionally face-to-face with leaders and teams in non-governmental organizations, companies and governments worldwide. I hold an MA in Government Policy and Management from the University of Amsterdam, and an MA in International Development from Erasmus University. I am trained in Deep Democracy, Theory U, and Non-Violent Communication.
